Are IBM Lotus Traveler, Conference Calling, Recorder coming to Windows Phone 8 ?

By -

While going through the official Lumia 920 specification, I found some new stuff which in my guess will be native to Windows Phone 8 or at least is going to be supported via an App. Since its there in the specs, I am assuming its going to be there one way or the other. I had cross checked with Lumia 800 Specs and they are not mentioned there.

Support for IBM Lotus Traveler :

Many Corporate users who still have this IBM Lotus solution used in the office has me about this support. I also remember IBM talking about Lotus support for Windows Phone but there was no timeline mention. It seems, Windows Phone 8 will have native support to IBM Lotus Traveller.

Native Recorder :

This is listed under Personal Information Management along with clock, calendar, phonebook etc. If this gets native support, I am sure it will also allow cloud integration.

Conference Calling :

Probably one of the most wanted features of Windows Phone.  Listed under call management along with voice commands, voice calling etc.

Location : Communications > Call management > Conference calling

Native Photo Editor :

I will take this as a wild guess because Windows Phone has Auto Fix image app already inbuilt. But Photo Editor has a clear mention there makes me think, if there will be native support for basic editing like cropping etc.

Update : Also under Main Camera Feature, there is a mention of “Still image editor” which again points out to a photo editing solution.
