Windows Phone Stone Age Racing Game : Remember The Flintstones

If you remember and loved watching the Flintstones Episodes, This stone age racing game will be love at first sight for you. Today we have Cro-Mag Rally from Microsoft Studios . Watch the video and then I have shared my Gaming Experience.

My Gaming Experience :

To start a game is easy, you just need to select a player which is here is a Caveman and then your car which is more or less the same which you have seen in Flintstones. Next select the arena and you are done.

Be very careful on how much you tilt to change your direction because it’s not the straight road you will always be racing on. So if you aren’t very comfortable with the amount of steering it makes, change it under options “Steering Sensitivity”. This can be change while playing the game using the Pause Menu.

Cro Mag Rally Race

Apart from winning what is important is to gather some money and use powers which comes in way that you need to pickup. You have power ups for Speed, Bones which are bombs, Oil Spills.

There are also hurdles in the way apart from Opponents and they are Small and Big Cactus, Tornadoes which sound exactly like them as you close by. Both of these can be used against your opponents if you can push them into.

Graphics :

I would give it 4 of 5 but if this is the first time you are playing this kind of game you will love it but I found some of the details very small specially when you throw bombs or oil which kills the gaming experience a bit. Apart from this rest of the things are pretty awesome, The vehicle view, arena are all well done.

Oh yes don’t miss the Dinosaurs that show up at places.

Sound Effects

This is something I really loved about this game. They don’t distract you from game and don’t your ears but rather keep you in the game and you will truly feel being in a Cave Age. The sound effects are mostly imagine how it can be at stone age using Bones, Drums etc.
