Microsoft is Retiring MSN Food & Drink, Health & Fitness, and Travel Apps

Couple of days back we had this news on Windows Phone division strength being cut down and Microsoft concentrating on fewer devices. Now the company is retiring few MSN apps- MSN Food & Drink, Health & Fitness, and Travel.

As per the statement, these apps are very low usage and hence they are being retired. But at the same time, MSN News, Weather, Sports and Money apps will be retained and will be available cross platform.

The schedule for discontinuing the apps are as follows:

MSN Food & Drink for Windows, Windows Phone, Android and iOS will be discontinued on September 28, 2015.

MSN Health & Fitness for Windows, Windows Phone, Android and iOS will be discontinued on November 1, 2015.

MSN Travel for Windows, Windows Phone, Android and iOS app will be discontinued on September 28, 2015.
