Xbox today announced couple of entertainment apps for Xbox 360 which will make the presence of Xbox at any home even more prominent and remove the mark of just being a Game Console.
Amazon Instant : (US Only)
Amazon today announced Amazon Instant for Xbox 360 which makes it possible for you to stream Movies and TV Episodes which you have bought, rented on Amazon. This comes in the form of the App which you need to download on your Xbox from here and enjoy the massive 17,000 Movie collection.
Playstation users have been already enjoying this service sine April but now they will be envying because the Xbox 360 App comes with Kinect Integration which means you can use your hands or voice to browse the collection. However you will need to have Xbox Gold membership and be a member of Amazon Prime Service to enjoy this.

- Using Amazon Prime yiu will have unlimited access to Prime Instant Videos without paying anything more.
- Organize your Watchlist even from Xbox using Kinect gestures.
- You can switch from your PC to Xbox or Amazon Kindle or any compatible device and Vice Vera and resume from where you left. They call it Whispersync.
- If you are a Gold member, you get one month trail for Amazon Prime and opportunity to test the service out.

- Antena 3 for Spain which is Specifically for TV Shows.
- MLB TV at Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan. This has games, recpas, highlights, Watch Major League Baseball game. Kinect Integration to play, pause, and rewind the game using gestures and voice.
- MUZU TV in Australia, New Zealand which is for both Music and Video covering 40,000 Music Videos
Also during this promotion, anyone In the U.S., Japan, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Chile with an Xbox will be able to enjoy multi-player gaming experiences featured on the Xbox LIVE service.
