Acer announces Aspire VX15, Predator 21X and Predator 17X Gaming Laptops (Price & Specs)
Acer is all up for gaming laptops, and they aren’t just casual gaming laptops both in terms of pricing, and hardware. At CES 2017, Acer has launched three incredibly powerful laptops which will not only blow your pocket, but also your mind when it comes to hardware specifications.
ASPIRE VX15
It is a 15.6 inch laptop with powerful, and large cooling vents with dual fan cooling system. The graphics are powered by NVIDIA ® Geforce ® GTX 1050/1050 Ti GPU which includes a dedicated GDDR5 VRAM. When it comes to processor, you get latest 7gen Intel Core i5 or i7 of KBL H Series. and the latest 7th Gen Intel Core i5/i7 processors (KBL H series)
To make sure gamers get enough RAM, you get 16 GB DDR4 which can be expanded up to 32GB. It also houses 512GB SSD, and 1 TB HDD.
Apart from these, you get Dolby Audio Premium, a brilliant red backlit keyboard, and all ports you could imagine. You get an Ethernet port, USB-C port, HDMI port along with two USB 3.0 ports, full sized SD card slot. Its like ACER has put every possible thing a gamer would need in it.
It will be sold in US at a price of $799 from this month.
Predator 21X
If VX15 looked impressive, Predator 21 X will blow your minds. Its one of the most powerful gaming laptops ACER have built, and it costs $8,999 which gives you a clear idea what ACER would have put into it, not to miss the curved display.

Cooling needs a special mention here. Acer has put in impressive architecture to make sure the device keeps running using the three ultra-thin AeroBlade, and total of nine heat pipes. The laptop is also dustproof using Acer’s own DustDefender design.
Predator 21X will be available in US from February starting at $8,999.
Predator 17X
This gaming laptop is for those who can’t afford the 21X and VX 15 doesn’t fit. Priced at $2599, it is a 17.3 inch G-SYNC Panel gaming laptop with pretty impressive hardware. It uses the same Intel’s 7th generation Core i7-7820HK processor, NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 1080 GPU with dedicated 8GB GDDR 5X RAM, and 64GB of DDR4-2400 RAM.
