Add Address from Bing / Local Scout Search as Windows Phone Contacts
Whenever we plan to visit a place which is new for us, we always bookmark it some way either writing it on paper or notepad for example, now the problem is that this method to manually copy and get to a notepad or create contact is just painful. It will be truly amazing if you can find a place on map and just add it to your contacts so you don’t waste much of time looking around for it every time.
Add To Contacts is one such smart app which does this job for you on Windows Phone ( something it should have by default but hey that’s what apps are for ). Whenever you search for a place on your Bing or using Local Scout, this app pulls all the details like Name, Address, Phone number, Map Location and lets you save it as new contact on your Windows Phone.
Using this is simple, either search within the app or Bing or local scout. Then choose from the app list where this will be listed and all you need is to tap to add as new contact. You can Search within the app where you get text heavy details with quick view to see all details in 2-3 lines.
Suggestion : The only suggestion will be to let me add these details into an existing contact which will be useful if I already have the place detail and I just want to update it.
