At the CES 2016, Alcatel has announced their first ever Windows 10 tablet, the OneTouch Pixi 3. It is an 8 inch tablet running Windows 10 Mobile and comes with 4G LTE support. It has a 8-inch IPS WXGA (1280 x 800) display and is powered by Snapdragon Quad Core 210 processor with 1GB RAM.
This is the same processor powering the Lumia 550, the budget Windows 10 Mobile smartphone.
The tablet comes with 8GB internal storage which is expandable via micro SD card. On the imaging front, there is 5MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. It has a 4060mAh battery included. On the connectivity front it has Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1. It also support micro SIM card which is compatible with 4G LTE networks.
The Pixi 3 has a range of accessories for users to customize their devices according to their tastes and needs. The removable Color Skin covers come in three bright colors, and the Stand Flip Case allows users to prop up the tablet for easy viewing on a desktop or counter. Pixi 3 comes in three colors: white, gold and volcano black.
The Pixi 3 will retail for $199 and will be available in Europe and Latin America.
