Rovio Rolls Amazing Alex for Windows Phone
Amazing Alex, a creation of Rovio, has landed on Windows Phone. This game unlike asking you to pull the sling, tells you to use more of your brain to get some really interesting jobs done. Everything in Amazing Alex is physics and uses everyday objects to have some fun. This game features an imaginary character Alex who gets bored with books and starts inventing with stuff around. So get ready to solve some real world physics problems.

My First Impression:
The game starts nicely with simple tutorials where you need to roll a ball from one level to another and collect stars. At first you will feel it’s quite easy, which is true, but as you progress objects change and so does the way you think. You will see objects like balloons, tennis calls, boxes, etc.
When the puzzle shows up, you will need to drag objects from bottom right and place them into appropriately. At early levels, you get indications for place holders but this disappears at harder levels.
There is one thing which is buggy in this version and that’s touch. It was not very convenient to drag objects and place them. For some reason you need to always pull them up and then manipulate them. The same problem was there when it came to Android as well.

History of Amazing Alex:
This game was bought by Rovio and then reworked to get the Rovio’s distinctive style — developing the character and adding more levels, platforms, and with their signature look. It has 100 amazing levels and you can also create your own levels to share with friends and others. There are 35 objects you will get to interact with as you solve more levels.
Download Amazing Alex:
Size of the game is only 20MB which means you can download it over your mobile network also. It costs surprisingly very low — 0.99 USD and is available in most of the markets. Use the link and QR Code below to get the game on your phone.
