Review & Giveaway : Amzer TPU Hybrid Case for Lumia 1020
Every time I put on case on a beautiful phone, I just hate it just for one reason, it takes away the real feel of the phone you bought it for. But then when a phone costs a lot of money, you need to have a case for it. After reviewing the two leather cases for 1020, we wanted to figure out a budget case for 1020 which fits someone who did not want to invest in costly cases.

Design & Color:
If you are looking for a minimal case with strong grip and average protection, Amzer’s Hybrid TPU case is a good pick. The combined look for gloss and matt not only gives it a stylish look but the grip comes to be lot better at the edges because of dotted edges. When you keep on a dashboard, you will find better grip because of the S shape design in the rear. The case comes in white and black.
Durability:
It’s going to be last lasting because there is practically nothing to break. The case is resistant to oil, corrosion and abrasions and can be cleaned with any simple cloth.
I have used a similar case with my Nexus S and I see the same pattern here that the case will get a bit loose as you use it for longer period along the borders but that’s going to take a year at least and depends how often you remove the case.
Usability: How comfortable was the case when using it all the time ?
The best part of using this case was easy snap in and snap out. I was able to experience it because I have the wireless charging case and use it often at my office. Second thing I loved was the grip. Having this on and Lumia 1020 in hand, I was pretty sure that I wont drop it.
However the case does attract a lot of dirt which you will realize it when you take it off after 2-3 days of usage. Since this is not a tight fit in and you don’t have to take it out at all, it will be while before you realize. I guess that’s ok because most of the cases will get dirty at some point but this one is on a higher end.
Being a minimal case, you wont miss the 1020 curves to a great extent and will fit every pocket easily.
Value for Money
The case is priced at 449 which is right for features it offers you. I did look around for cases in local market down here and most of them offer pouch solution which doesn’t deliver what you want.
