Watch Anime Anytime, Anywhere with Funimation’s Universal Windows 10 App
Today, we have a new Anime app on Microsoft Store, and it’s from Funimation. They have simultaneously launched apps on Windows 10, Android, and iOS. On Windows, the app is universal and is available for both PC and Mobile. Once you are signed up, the app gives you access to the HD Anime library, and collection of English-dubbed episodes online, and the option to watch in the original Japanese with English subtitles.
If you are still wondering about the company, they are the team behind the popular action-adventure series Dragon Ball Z.

You can opt-in to subscribe with two passes. One costs you $4.99 per month, while the other costs $7.99. The former gets you to access to all subtitled anime, including simulcasts, stream to our favorite devices, and ad-free in HD. The second pass is an all-access pass, including access to all of Funimation’s streaming content, including simulcasts, extras both subbed and dubbed. Funimation Broadcast Dubs – English-dubbed episodes of select shows available within weeks of the Japanese broadcast, exclusive video extra.
For those looking to sign up for free, I couldn’t find that option in the app. Also, the signup is over the browser, and it gives you the option to choose between one of the subscriptions.
