AXIS Bank for Windows Phone is Finally Here

After a very long wait, AXIS bank has finally released their official app, AXIS Mobile, on Windows Phone store. Late but the app does a brilliant job in customizing options for users by letting them choose what they need most, instead of throwing on tons of menus to the user, half of which they don’t even use.

Using the app you can :

• It allows you to use mPIN to login saving you from entering the net banking  user id and password every time.
• Manage Multiple Accounts. I am guess they have to be linked.
• View account summary and mini statement. You can also check CC statement including unbilled amount.
• Manage E-Rewards Points.
• You can add Image to Beneficiary from local folder or from Facebook. This way you can quickly remember who is who.
• Access to messages from Bank in a separate inbox.

• Recharge mobile, DTH accounts, electricity bills and other utility expenses.
• You can send request for statement, new cheque book and can even make stop payment.
• Transfer or schedule a payment.
• Save 10 most used transactions for one click payment in future.
• Locate nearest AXIS Bank or ATM.

Overall its a warm welcome and kudos to the Windows Phone Team and AXIS bank to release their app. It took time but its worth it.
