BLU WIN HD & JR LTE Now Officially Supported through Recovery Tool with New Firmware

BLU built two Windows Phone for Microsoft, WIN HD LTE and WIN Jr,  which is still promised to get the Windows 10 Mobile upgrade ( 1 GB version), but there is no ETA on that. As we all wait for an official announcement,  Microsoft has quietly added recovery image for BLU WIN JR LTE X 130 E. This was was sold in India at a pretty impressive pricing putting Lumai Phones into shame, specially for being a 4G phone.

Apart from the support, BLU seems to have uploaded an updated the firmware from 00130.03720.20001.15009 to 00130.03720.20001.15023  which is available only through Microsoft Device Recovery Tool, and not through OTA Updates.  Like you can see the version don’t differ by huge number, I expect the firmware to have only bug fixes to improve performance of the phone.

We hope BLU and Microsoft is actually working together to get the Windows 10 Mobile Update to the devices, and make users happy who bought hoping to get upgrade from Windows Phone 8.1. What do you think?
