Bomberman vs Zombies : Windows Phone Game Review
If you are wondering what Bomberman Game is about you must have never got a chance to play those small video games hooked to TV using the small cartridges, and if that’s the case, then better check some videos which you will even see at the end of the post.
So the epic Bomber-man is back and has made its entry on Windows Phone Game section and has selected the most popular character in the Gaming industry, nope not Batman nor its Halo characters but the Zombies. The game named as “Bomberman vs Zombies” has almost the same kind of game play which we had seen in the older console being a kid, but fast forward in the era of mobiles, this game uses smooth controls and gestures to blow some Zombie *****.
Gameplay :
So in this game you are the Bomberman which can plant bombs to blow up the obvious Zombies. The first few levels are pretty easy, but the game really gets tricky when you get to see all kind of Zombies coming in. You Get Skulls, Walking Coffins, Jumping Skulls and each of them come in different speed which makes the whole stuff challenging.
Not everything is on Zombies side but you do get power ups, special bombs & the Nasty power downs which can take of your super powers. You also get Lenses which can tell you what kind of power ups are hidden in the boxes. There are some kind of Bombs which can blow one after the other and some which are heavy blowers.
The Goal of every level is go to the next level !! by finding a key to the hatch and sometimes you need to kill all the Zombies to complete it.
Controls :
The game uses both gesture based controls i.e. Swipe to move in all four direction but also comes in with the game pad which can be big or small, depending how you like it. It also lets you switch location for controls which will important for left handed guys.
The game also has a bit of Zombie background music, bomb blows and tap-tap-tap sound for the Bomberman which can turn out to be bit irritating if you play it with full sound on, in public.

Overall I would love to give this game 8 of 10 and as it comes both in free and paid version, you can choose to try before you buy.
