Call Record Button Confirmed for Skype in Windows 10 Mobile

Option to record calls is one of the demanding features in many countries, though at some places it is also illegal. Handsets from Xiaomi, Gionee and others come with this feature built into the calling app and it’s really handy.

Today we spotted a leaked image of Skype for Windows 10 Mobile which has a dedicated “Record” option which allows a user to record on going call, over Skype,  for future uses.

The button is right now placed a list off from the main dialer. That said, we came to know about the recording feature when a folder named Recorded Calls was seen when Voice Recorded app was used. This puts in a down now that this folder could be used by Skype rather than the native dealer app used to make voice calls.

While it will be nice that native recording is in built into Windows 10 Mobile, but legal issues, and the way Microsoft moves ahead with the controversial things might turn out to be different.
