Common Floor, Popular Real Estate Portal, Officially Launches Windows Phone App

Take it or leave it, Windows Phone India team is really working hard to get more local apps to Windows Phone store than any of the countries. Not only they services like Zomato on board, they made sure even Taxi Services, Movie Portals come to all Windows Phone users. Today, Common Floor, an extremely popular Real Estate Portal has made its appearance in the Windows Phone Store.

Those are aren’t aware, apart from buying, selling or renting properties, Common Floor also hosts an online community to bring owners, presidents etc to discuss about their society and grow even better. Common Floor has connected over 10+ Lacs residents and has its presence over 120 cities all over India.

Lets you Search on-going projects and ready properties. This can be refined using the filters option to find by type, owner, area, budget and so on.

In-built Augmented Reality lets you point towards any direction and then lists properties.
Makes it easy for users to sort based on price, date and other factors.
For every listing, you have details about price, amenities, plans, maps, pictures and much more.

You can search it over in-built map ( I guess BING or Google) and get driving directions.
Possible to send messages, email or call them from your mobile phone instantly
Share property/project with your friends via email
Join Owners’ Association Group of your apartment community
Post property – add your property details, spot your property on the map

That said, the app is a ported version of their Android App and doesn’t deliver native Windows Phone experience. Nonetheless it works fine for the job to get done. We hope that they would finally introduce a native version in future with better mapping service.
