Create a Blur Effect for your Photos with Blur

Nokia has released an app called Refocus, which allows you to change the focus of the image after you have taken the image. This app is pretty handy if you want to create a blur effect for the background of the photo. Blur is a new app for Windows Phone and as the name indicates, it is a fun app to create blur effect for your photos.

The app has a simple concept, pick a photo or take a photo using your phone camera and then apply the blur effect on the photo by selecting the area. You can also invert the selection and apply the blur.

There is also an eraser tool to remove the effect. Once you have created the blur, you can also add filters to the image in the next step. There are quite a lot of filters available to choose from.

Blur is a simple and free application to blur your pictures using:

• Use custom blur to hide what you want.
