Defend Your Life! Tower Defense Game Launches Exclusively for Windows Phone
Tower Defense based games are one of my favorites game types, and I am pretty choosy about it. Most of the games out their are copies and really don’t have anything original to offer. I had the same feeling when this new game, Defend Your Life, rolled out for Windows Phone. As it is exclusive to the platform, I could not resist to check it out.
The Game Play:
Instead of bringing tanks, zombies, tress into game play which usually takes place over a terrain, this game happens in a human body, which pretty much explains the name. The fight here is keep the body alive.
You play as the commander of human body´s sentinels with only one goal, clear all bacteria and viruses. They should now pass through you else the body gets sick and dies. The game takes place in 17 human body organs like aorta, appendix, stomach and you will fight even in brain.
Each of theses stages are designed nicely. You should see body getting repaired internally, blood cells, nerves and so on. Expect some stunning graphics, with background music (not a big fan here), and keeps up with the in-body style of fight. Apart from this you have usual rules to build and upgrade buildings, reinforce troops, support them with special upgrades and annihilate the enemy with mighty powers.
There are few enemies like Flu, you need to be careful about. They are hard to kill. So unless you keep upgrading your towers, it will be hard to get rid of them.
