Dell upgrades Inspiron 15 7000 for Windows 10 Mixed Reality & Serious Gaming

Dell is rolling out some serious upgrade to its 15 7000 Gaming laptop to make it even better for gaming, and especially for those looking for VR Ready laptop with Windows 10.  Available in Matte Black and Beijing Red, it’s going to be on sale from September 12 at a price of $999. It also has an extra rubberized finish for better grip and oily marks.

When it comes to specifications, you get NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (this is what makes the laptop VR ready) discrete graphics with NVIDIA Max Q Design technology and up to 7th Gen Intel quad core CPU. There is also a 4K version which is going to sell at $1499  and comes with an anti-glare IPS wide view. To make sure you get the nice audio experience, you get Waves MaxxAudio and the battery can be quickly charged to up to 80% within an hour. You can also connect 2 4K display using the Thunderbolt 3.

When it comes to displaying, apart from the 4K display, you will also have a choice between 1080P non-touch, 1080P touchscreen or a 3840 x 2160 anti-glare screen. When choosing memory, you can get the max up to 32 Gb of RAM, and storage up to 1TB.
