Dual Cam Photos takes Photos from Rear and Front Camera in Single Click
Most of the mid range and high end smartphones have dual camera—the main rear camera and the front camera for video calling. Now imagine using both the camera at the same time to take one picture? Although this sounds impossible, it is actually possible with Dual Cam Photos app for Windows Phone. Dual Cam Photo (DCP) is a camera app that captures photos using the Rear (Back) and Front cameras with a single click. Click the phone’s camera button or the “Capture” button on the screen to capture with the Rear and Front camera.

If you set the photos resolution for both cameras as same, then the photos appear side by side. If the resolution is that of original camera, then the front camera image appears as picture in picture form (PIP). And this can be controlled from the settings.

DCP will merge both photos depending on the resolution in one of these modes:
- Side-by-Side (when using a common resolution)
- Picture-in-Picture (when the resolutions of the front and rear cameras are different)
You can use the settings screen to change the defaults such as flash, shutter sound and more.
