Elite Dangerous: Horizons is Coming to Xbox One with Planetary Landing & Co-Op

Frontier Developments today announced Elite Dangerous: Horizons for Xbox One which brings in new features which includes Plantera Lnadings Loot and Crafting and Multi-crew Co-op. While the game is available for Xbox One, the company is getting its Horizon version in  Q2 2016, featuring both 2.0: Planetary Landings and the forthcoming 2.1: The Engineers expansions.

So what is the game about? If you love space, and moving around planets, and stars were always your dream in childhood, this is exactly what the game offers. You can journey seamlessly from space to surface and land anywhere they choose on accurately simulated planets and moons throughout Elite Dangerous’ full-scale Milky Way galaxy, venturing onto the surface in the all-terrain SRV Surface Recon Vehicle.

Coming back to Horizon, Frontier seems to be very confident about the Engineers Expansion. It is a sweeping, game-changing update that brings even more personality and personalization to Elite Dangerous, putting a face to every mission and adding a range of customization and crafting options that will make every ship in the Elite Dangerous galaxy unique.

The company has also promised that those who buy Elite Dangerous: Horizons for Xbox One will receive further updates as the season continues. Here is the list of official features:

  • Commander Creation, giving a unique appearance to players’ in-game avatars.
