Facebook Beta App for Mobile gets Major Update; Resigned for Windows 10

Facebook Beta is rolling out a major update to Windows App fro Mobile which has been redesigned for Windows 10 experience. Not only get you improved user experience, interactive notifications and improved notifications has been rolled out as well. Below is the change log:

  • Interactive Notifications
  • Improved photo viewing experience.
  • Roaming Settings.
  • In-line video playback and improved video experience.
  • Improved locations quality.
  • More language support.
  • Web Account manager SSO support.

You also have two new settings deep inside which lets you check on App permissions and setting got uploading picture and when you are on roaming.  The later is particularly useful when you want to save data when on roaming. You also have ability to draft posts on one device and post from another after fishing.

While this is not the universal app Facebook announced during the Microsoft Devices announcement, this definitely is a big update specially from experience perspective.
