Fast Photo Organiser Lets You Tag & Rate Photos on your Windows Phone / Windows 10 Mobile
It no big that most of the phones in our camera roll are not something you would want to see all the time though you might want to keep them. It could be a click you captured to use somewhere else or a scan of a bill and stuff like that. While Windows Phone Album does allow you to add pictures to favorites, but today let’s checkout “Fast Photo Organiser.”
It’s an app from Microsoft Research that lets you mark photos that you don’t like. During this, the app pics some photos and asks you to rate them. I guess this is based on image quality or on something that helps it find photos that might not be that good or to find what kind of photos you really like.
Another feature that shows up in between is — Tagging– which is independent of Facebook Tagging and all. You can add any text you want. What will impress you is when it auto-suggest tags based on facial recognition. So let us say if you are tagging a picture of a person with the name “Ashish”, it will automatically suggest pictures that have that person in them after few tags.
That said, take out an hour or so if you really want to make use of this app, especially if you have a huge collection of photos in your camera tool. With over 228 Pics, I am still doing it. So what’s the result?
You get a collection of Tags and Rated photos. You can then watch them one by one or select the tag and look at them. This is much easier to find things when you want to show others.
