FidMe : Turn your Windows Phone into Loyalty Card Wallet

There are lot many companies around the world who give out Loyalty cards to benefit you with offers and collect points which can be redeemed later in exchange for discounts or goods. The major problem with these Loyalty cards is to remember them carrying along every-time you visit a mall or a shopping center. Even though some of the companies add points by asking you details or phone number associated with it but that doesnt turn out to be a decent solution.

FidMe, its a Windows Phone Application which acts sort of Google Wallet or Virtual Credit Card wallet where you can enter all your Loyalty cards, keeping them in one place and using it when you want, even when you do not have the original one with you.

How does it work ?

Implemented in a beautiful metro style, the app asks you to add all your loyalty card using the inbuilt barcode scanner or the 2D Code  or using the number of the card itself.  It supports 30 plus countries and many vendors who run the loyalty program which means there are high chances that your loyalty card vendor will be listed.

If you add the loyalty card using the barcode scanner, your virtual card will be created in same style which can be scanned using any scanner used in the shopping malls, at the checkout counter. If the barcode scanning fails, you can always add it by using the loyalty card number directly.

FidMe is also an online service. This means you can create an online account, right from the phone and keep your phone synced. So when you switch your phone, you can still get back the data.

Other Features :

  • It can use your location to find shops and brands!
  • Online Account lets you manage all your cards, create new ones, and customize.
  • Notifies you about deals.
  • You can do check-ins the stores to earn FidMe Points.
  • It supports portrait mode, in which your virtual loyalty card looks exactly as the original one, specially when you have barcode on it.
  • Apart from keeping your cards virtually, it also supports Stampcards.

If your Loyalty Card is not listed ?

FidMe Service allows the Store Managers to create mobile loyalty card using their set of online tools and also provides stats etc. So if you don’t see yours listed, you may ask the store manager about it. Second, You as a consumer, can send a picture of the Loyalty card to the FedMe Support and they will try to add it for you.
