Fitbit Coach App is now available for Xbox One for Guided Workouts on Big Screen

Its time that uiu start using your Xbox One for Fitness as well. Fitbit is rolling out its Fitbit Coach, the app which offers traning for workout, is now launching on Xbox One and PC as well. I am more excited about Xbox One version, mostly because of the big screen its connected to, and I get to see step by step instructions.

Fitbit Coach launched last year, and while its audio program is fantastic if you are on the move, workouts gets little difficult to mantian because of the small screen of your phone. The best part of Fitbit Coach is you dont really need to wear a Fitbit Tracker, and works without it. Thats how it has been since the start, but good to know.

That said, those who have Fitbit Device, and Opt-in for the coach, you get extra benifit. You get to see your heart rate in real time on your TV. This will make sure you can increase or decrase your effrort to maintain a healthy heart rate zone,
