Fitbit Coach is Now Available; Offers Audio Coaching and Favouriting for Workouts
Fitbit Coach, the smart coach from Fitbit, and the upgraded version of FitStar announced during the Fitbit Ionic launch are now available. If you were using FitStar earlier, you would see the app has an option to update or has been already updated for you overnight.
I have used FitStar for almost over 4 months now and had used its audio coaching program, which was in beta then, and it’s pretty impressive if you workout Solo. It really keeps you motivated and pushes you to the edge; if you put in a bit of your effort, it can multiply. The app offers the same trainers, bodyweight workouts, customized routines, and muscle-building moves.

The Premium Subscription:
While I had enjoyed the Free beta Audio training program for months, it has gone premium now. If you can spend money, it’s totally worth it, but then I just used one audio program, and I won’t be paying a premium for that.
If you own a Fitbit Ionic, you will be able to copy the audio workouts to your tracker and keep using them without the phone.
New Add-ons:
Audio Coaching:
It includes an audio-based program for almost every type of run, walks, treadmill, duration, and so on. Many combinations are available, and one will fit your need for sure.
Favouriting for Workouts
Fitbit Coach Premium now offers Favoriting for workouts, allowing you to tag and save the sessions you love best. This will be very useful as it makes it easy to find them when you are out for a workout.
Features when you go premium:
- UNLIMITED personalized bodyweight workouts, including recommended session
- HUNDREDS of moves to keep your fitness fresh
- EVERY workout our experts create, with more added all the time
- BRAND-NEW features such as run and walk audio coaching and “starring” your favorite workout
