Create Folders in Windows Phone : Homebrew Tool
As the number of apps increase the length of your start menu and time to scroll down increases which makes every user curious, specially from Windows to have Folders which allows them to organize their apps into categories which is already there in iOS and featured in ICS Android.
Now there is no official solution but a homebrew tool, Folders, from Windows Phone Hacker Group which allows you to create Folders and arrange All the live tiles within. This is the same group which gave us custom theme recently. You need to have an unlocked Windows Phone and WP Support tool from Microsoft for this. Download the tool from here and follow the steps below :

How to use Folders for WP :
- First Click on Add Folder which will open up a Pop up window where you can name it and add apps
- Selection of Apps is easy.
- You can select Apps by searching in App Market according to your country
- For a Homebrew app you can browse and select it from your computer.
- You can also select a system application.
- Next Save the app on your desktop and then use the deploy button to send it to your phone. Make sure it is unlocked.
- This will install a Folder App on your phone where all the folders you created using the tools will be available.
- Click to pin each as Live Tile.
- When you click on Live Tile you will see the list of icons in that.
- You can have unlimited number of folders, edit existing folders but you will have to deploy it again and in it back.

- Live Tile Display withing the folder
- Instead of opening as flat folder, if it can expand to display the tiles like in iOS
- Update does not need re install.
