343 Industries Offer Freebies, ODST at FULL HD & Free Map to Loyal Gamers of Halo: MCC

343 Industries is offering freebies to all the loyal gamers freebies who stayed with them inspite of encountering bugs and hiccups that happened with the Halo: The Master Chief Collection. The freebie includes 1 Month of Xbox Live Gold, Exclusive In-Game Nameplate and Exclusive In-Game Avatar. Now here comes a bigger deal. Halo will also give its players Halo 3 ODST Campaign in 1080P resolution which runs at 60FPS. This will be available to every one who have played the MCC since launch, and at least once.

There is also a new map, “Relic” is available for free, running at 1080P and at 60 fps. The maps has been selected based on its suitability for Slayer and Objective modes and its ability to support teams of varying sizes. And you can trust that Certain Affinity will tune and tweak the map to make it even better than you remember. Also, next week 343 will release an update that will add  10 episodes of Halo 4’s Spartan Ops mode to MCC.

At the end, I see lot of confusion about who gets the free content. Those who played online everyday or at least once? I think it should be later because there was this frustrating match making issue which must have made a lot of gamers to skip couple of days and then try again.  We will get to know that soon.
