From Cheese : Help the Mouse to grab Cheese on Windows Phone

While are got lots of Xbox Live Games on Windows Phone this week, here is another decently popular and winner of Grand Prize at Samsung Smart App Challenge 2012 game –From Cheese–which just launched on Windows Phone.

The game is simple. You need to guide a mouse from his hole to the cheese in the house. The game is bit realistic because you need to pull the smell from the cheese to the mouse as it happens in the real world. Easy said than done, the mouse needs to face a lot of hurdles which gets tougher every level. You will have blocked doors, walls and even cats waiting to catch the mouse.

That said, here is another twist. As you pull the smell from Cheese to mouse, the intensity decreases like it happens. So you need to draw the path in such way that the smell actually reaches the mouse and it can track it and not get lost. The more scent you save, you get better scores.

While I haven’t played the full game yet, it seems to have power-ups as well which will get the mouse a better nose to follow the scent-trail, run faster and escape or even overtake another rat.

We also checked on the reviews of the game on other platforms and it looks decent enough as per the reviews and looks like a great came for casual fun and for kids as well.

The game is priced at 0.99 USD and comes with a free trial which gives you access to 3-4 levels to get to understand what’s going on in the game. Though they are not enough to know all the challenges, it’s good enough to find out whether you like it.
