How Lumia 720 Looks From The Inside (FCC Teardown)
Nokia Lumia 720 which was recently launched at MWC, Barcelona is making its preparation for its launch in US. Nokia sent the phone to FCC where it got its share of tear down along with quality checks. A white model of 720 was sent across to FCC by Nokia which really looks good. I had used a white Lumia 920 so it wasn’t a surprise for me but users who never choose white, should take a look.

What I really found interesting is Lumia 720 has two trays. One is used for SIM, exactly like 920 and at the same position. The second is used for SD card. This is something I missed noticing at MWC. Also both tray holders open only using a PIN which is a part of packaging.
As soon as you disassemble Lumia 720, the first thing to show up is the wireless charging. It runs on top of the battery and joins the common area which also connects the miniUSB charging section.

Lumia 720 has an amazing low light photography quality like Lumia 920. In fact the principle used behind both the phones are same. In the next image you get to see the camera and other sensors of Lumia 720.

Apart from these there are few more images you will find interesting. The one I really like is the test setup by FCC for finding out if the phone is in compliance to FCC standards. You have images FCC Part 15C Radiated emissions with Computer Peripherals, Power line, Individual emissions, etc.

There is an eManual available if you want to take a look. It explains how to use the phone, inserting SD card, Micro Sim and other usual stuff.
