- Select Change folder and search options

Close and reopen File Explorer and make sure you don’t click on any file this time. Once you click on Change folder and search options, Folder Options Window will pop up.
- You will see the Privacy section, under the General Tab, click the Clear button
- Once the File Explorer History and Quick Access history gets deleted, click on OK
