Here is the Pebble App that Works with Windows Phone; Download Now or Miss it
Those who always craved for making Windows Phone work with Pebble, we have some good news for you. If you been following us, we shared about an app which first looked like a beta version of Pebble “Coming Soon”, but turned out it was more of a abundant project, courtesy Pebble.
Good Folks at Windows Central managed to grab the XAP file of the app, and got it fixed through friends so it can work on every Windows Phone. The app can be installed, and then connected right way on any version of Windows Phone but my guess is you need to have Bluetooth LE for it to work perfectly. Don’t worry, I am sure you have it. Follow the steps below:

Developer Unlock:
First, you need to developer unlock your phone. Good news is that its an easy process. Sign up for Microsoft’s App Studio at appstudio.windowsphone.com, which is free of cost, using your Microsoft ID which is used on your phone and allow them to register your email address. Once you have the confirmation on the account created, now you need to install an app on your phone.
Windows Phone SDK
Second, you need to have the developer tool to deploy this XAP file to your phone. Copy Paste or options like install from SD card will not work. You need to follow this link to download it. Of course, you need a Windows Machine for this.
Once you have it installed, look for a tool called as Application Deployment tool. You can find the Application Deployment tool by opening All apps view and locating it in the Windows Phone SDK 8.0 group, or by typing Application Deployment from the Start screen to search for it. You can also run the tool from the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows Phone\v8.0\Tools\XAP Deployment\XapDeploy.exe
You will have to keep your phone connected with your PC via a USB cable and keep it unlocked.
Download the Pebble App and Deploy:
Follow the link to Download Pebble Connect APPX (modified), which is being hosted by WC for next 40 hours from now. Once downloaded, you can then use the SDK tool to install it on your phone. Once the application is deployed, you can find it in your app list.
Once you see it installed, make sure to make it run in the background to keep getting notifications. Go to Settings > Battery Saver > Usage > Choose ‘Pebble Connect Beta’ and Enable ‘Allow app to run in the background’.
Connect with Pebble:
Set your Pebble what in pairing mode, you can se the middle button > settings >Bluetooth. Also enable the Bluetooth mode on Windows Phone. Connect both of them and then launch the app to follow the instructions.
