There are many countries where certain sites are banned and cannot be accessed. If you are not able to access some websites in your country or if they are blocked, the best option is to try a VPN connection.
A virtual private network (VPN) extends a private network across public networks like the Internet. It enables a host computer to send and receive data across shared or public networks as if they were an integral part of the private network with all the functionality, security and management policies of the private network.
Windows 10 Mobile has support for VPN and here is how to set up a VPN connection on Windows 10 Mobile.
Open settings and select Network and wireless. Here you will see VPN option. Now select Add a VPN connection button. In the next window, you need to enter the VPN details including user name and password and the server address to access the VPN. The VPN service provider can be the built in one.
Once you have entered your VPN details, you can save the data. Now you will see your VPN configured. Select this VPN and then click connect. Once the connection is established, you can see the VPN connected in the notification center.
If you want to disconnect the VPN, just hit the quick toggle in the notification center. The quick toggle can be used to start the connection again.
