HP rumoured to be working on a new Windows 10 Mobile Device

When no OEM wanted to get their hans dirty with Windows 10 Mobile, HP did launch Elite X3, and looks like the small success and partnership with Microsoft, a mid range device is in works, and expected to launch at MWC 2017.

According to Dr Windows, this device is likely to be powered with Snapdragon 600 chipset, and will support Continuum. This is similar to devices that was launched in Japan aka Nuans Neo.  Since continuum is supported, it is possible that it will work with the dock as well.

That said, don’t expect the phone to launch in India. The second best market of Windows Phone is as good as dead, specially with the steep competition from Android Segment, and Chinese OEM. I am guessing that HP will launch the device in Europe where the strategy of mid range device may still work.
