Hyperlapse for Windows Phone Lets You Shoot Stabilized Videos Up to 32x speed

A video app, Hyperlapse, from Microsoft caught huge attention for its ability to shoot stabilized videos at a very high-speed, 32X of normal, and best part is that it this app is also on Windows Phone. We recently shared that Imaging is going to be even better in Windows 10, and this is just a mere glimpse of what Microsoft is working on.

Windows Central was able to get their hands on the app, and did a video to demonstrate on how it works:

The app comes with minimum actionable buttons–Record,  Flash Light Control and switch button for front facing camera–which allows you to create hyper-lapse video at 8X speed. This could be your doorway to shoot videos at hyper-speed to capture scenes from sunrise to sunset.

Once the video is recorded, it plays back with control to speed it up sing a slider. The speed will depend on how long the video is, so if you  shoot a 30-second clip and select 2x speed, the hyperlapse is 15 seconds long. Once the raw video is saved, you can save the same video in different speed, share it on social network.
