iBall Announces first Windows Phone Andi 4L Pulse

After Celkon and Lava, now another Indian OEM, iBall, has announced their first Windows Phone, the Andi 4L Pulse. The device is a budget Windows Phone with features like 4 inch display which has a resolution of 480 X 800 (WVGA) and runs on Snapdragon 200 Quad core Processor with 1GB RAM. The phone also comes with 4GB internal storage.

The phone also features a 5MP rear camera with auto focus.

The device is priced at Rs 4899, but there is no mention on the availability.
