InstaLock : Set Instagram Pictures on Windows Phone 8 Lockscreen
Looking for an Instagram app that changes your lockscreen on an hourly basis? Need to browse your Instagram Pics or the popular ones using your login? Look no further; InstaLock does it all. The app developed by Shoban Kumar results when he found that none of the Instagram Lock screen apps failed to provide changing lock feature based on an hourly basis.

Features of InstaLock:
The app is straightforward and does not do any magic to impress you, but it’s very well done because of its simplicity and approach to the design. The app displays Popular & My Pictures as two main sections based on the modern or the metro app concept. There is a third section, Tag-User, to search pictures based on username or even a general search term.
Since this is a lock screen app, it simplifies the setting up the lock screen process by adding a “Set Lock” button right on all three screens. This means if you want to set the popular picture section or any particular user or even your picture as a Windows Phone Lock screen, you need to hit one button.

The app also lets you browse Instagram pictures by either selecting a picture or using the search. You can quickly browse pictures either using swipe or using the left and right arrow buttons. You can also save a picture or instantly set it as your lock screen.
Suggestion: The only suggestion here is to implement the ability to save a picture or set it as a lockscreen even if you are in thumbnail mode. This could be done when a user does a long press on any picture. This will save time a bit.
The app comes in both trial and paid mode. The paid version of the app costs 0.99USD, but if you don’t want to buy, the trial version is completely functional with advertisements running on it.
