Instructables is a huge community of users who love to make things, and they made an app for Windows Phone as well. Recently launched, the app has already started getting good ratings. Some users even say that it is a combination of Quora, Coursera, and How stuff works.
The app has been designed natively for Windows Phone, which delivers an experience to feel users at home. The first section is where you get to see recent projects, followed by topics to explore. Designed like the live tiles, each category displays images from its recent project, making it more lively. You also have direct access to contests and your own account. This way, you get the same experience as you get on the web.
You can view individual projects, comment on them, vote them up if you like them, and even share. You get to read the full details of the project, watch videos, and check out images in the app itself. The app has a direct option to create a new project if you wish to do that.
The app loads up all data and does it each time. This makes the experience a little slower, but keeping in mind this is the first release, it should be fixed in future updates.
