Kaspersky Safe Browser for Windows Phone

Kaspersky, a well known name in anti-virus and security solutions, has announced its Safe Browser for Windows Phone and is now available for download. The browser as the name indicates provides safe and reliable internet access with protection against malicious websites and phishing websites. So in case you visit quite a lot of websites which you are not sure of, then you can visit them using the safe browser.

Whenever you visit a page which is not secure or has history of malware or other infection, then the browser will protect you by blocking the page. The announcement was made at the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2013) in Barcelona and the app is now available for free download.

Windows Phone 8 OS is already one of the safe mobile OS, so we are not sure how much options the Safe browser can provide you with. You can download the app and test it to see the security it offers.
