LastPass asks Consumers to Change Master Password due to Suspicious Activity on its Network
LastPass is one awesome service most of the consumers depend to stay away from remembering passwords for so many different accounts. While the guys at the company take security as one of the major concerns, there is always a sense of fear. This is the reason why a resent suspicious activity on their network has made them little worried.

The company said that no data has been compromised, or accounts were accessed, but some stuff was compromised, and the company is yet to reveal that. In case you get an email, make sure to reset it.
From the company’s official post:
Nonetheless, we are taking additional measures to ensure that your data remains secure, and users will be notified via email. We are requiring that all users who are logging in from a new device or IP address first verify their account by email, unless you have multifactor authentication enabled. As an added precaution, we will also be prompting users to update their master password.
It is always the best practice not to use password of one account in another, and the company is urging everybody for the same. In case you are re-using the password, make sure you do change it.
