Lava Iris Win 1 gets Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2

Lava Iris Win 1 is the first device from Indian OEM Lava and we had also reviewed the device last year. Iris Win 1 also had received the Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 early this year. Now the device has received the Update 2 which brings in some new features including searchable and grouped settings menu.

So in case you are using the Lava Iris Win 1, connect your phone to Internet and download the update.

While lot of Lumia devices have not yet received the update, it is good to see non Lumia devices also picking up updates faster. But the main issue with non Lumia devices is the lack of Microsoft exclusive apps.
