Lenovo announces Yoga Book and Yoga 910 Convertible at IFA 2016
At IFA 2016, Lenovo along with Acer and ASUS announced some new laptop PCs running Windows 10. ASUS shifted its focus from laptops and announced a Gaming monitor and a smartwatch, whereas Acer on the other hand, announced a bunch of notebooks running Windows 10. Lenovo too joined the game with their two new Yoga devices – Yoga Book and Yoga 910 Convertible.
YOGA BOOK
The Yoga Book is powered by Intel Atom x5 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and a 10.1-inch FHD display, weighing in at 1.52 pounds and measuring 9.6mm thick. It also comes with a stylus which Lenovo calls Wacom stylus, that doesn’t need charging. Lenovo claims that the device offers 15 hours of battery life.

The device comes with a flat keyboard that can also be used as a writing surface. The keyboard surface is pressure sensitive. Users can write on a regular sheet of paper keeping it on top of the keyboard surface to create a virtual version of since it the surface is pressure sensitive. The Keyboard is very impressive and something new. It lets you draw on itself! How cool is that.
It is supposed to be announced in two variants, one variant runs on Android and prices start from $499, which is approximately Rs 33,000. The Windows 10 version, on the other hand, is priced upwards of $549, which is approximately Rs 36,000.
YOGA 910 CONVERTIBLE
Along with Yoga Book, Lenovo also announced Yoga 910, the successor to its popular Yoga 900 convertible laptop. Yoga 910 Convertible comes with a 13.9-inch 4K display, redesigned keyboard, a larger trackpad, a fingerprint scanner with support for Windows Hello enclosed in an aluminium magnesium alloy case with a rubberized inlay.

Just like the Yoga 900, you can configure Yoga 910 to have the latest Intel 7th Gen Core i5 and i7 processors. Despite having 4K screen, Lenovo claims that it will offer 15.5 hours of battery life.
The Yoga 910 will be going on sale in October, with prices starting from $1,299 or Rs 87,000 approximately.
