Lenovo has just announced their latest addition to the tablet family, the MIIX 700 Windows 10 tablet. The tablet has lot of resemblance to the Surface tablet from Microsoft and also features a kickstand. The MIIX 7000 features a 12-inches, 2160 x 1440 resolution display and is powered by 6th-gen Intel Core m7 (Skylake) in the high end model. There is also upto 8GB RAM available on the tablet.
The storage offered on the tablet is upto 256GB SSD.
It features dual watchband hinges, opening the door for new and disruptive ways to work and play with seamless transition between laptop, stand and tablet mode – ideal for those who value stylish and progressive design.
On the connectivity front, it has 1 USB 3.0 and 1 x USB 2.0, Micro HDMI-out Micro Sim (LTE / 3G SKU only), microSD and Audio Combo Jack. It is also claimed to have a battery life of 9 hours. It also comes with Optional keyboard dock and Intel RealSense camera (Rear).
The 12-inch Ideapad MIIX 700 is available with an optional Intel RealSense Camera. It starts at $699 (without RealSense Camera), available in November, 2015.
