LG Lancet Windows Phone Specs Confirmed

It has been rumored for some time that LG is coming back to Windows Phone and they are working on releasing a new phone. We now have confirmed reports on the new Windows Phone device from LG named LG Lancet. According to brochure available with Windows Central, the specs of LG Lancet is now available.

LG Lancet comes with 4.5-inch (854×480) TFT display and is powered by 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 410 processor with 1GB RAM. There is also a 8 MP rear camera.

The rear camera can record videos in 1080p and there is also a VGA camera. There is also 8GB internal storage available on the device. The phone also has 2100mAh battery on the device. Another interesting aspect of the device is that it comes with Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2.

LG has also included some of the features available on Android phones :

  • Knock On (double tap to wake),
  • QuickMemo,
  • Gesture Shot (front facing camera only),
  • Soft Light for selfies (front facing camera only),
  • Live Shot (LG camera only)

There is no mention on whether this device will be available globally, but this is made for Verizon in US and has 4G LTE support.
