Microsoft has rolled out a list of official Windows 10 Mobile devices that are eligible to receive the Fall Creators Update, and both the devices are chalked off the list.

Zac at Windows Central notes that even though Wileyfox Pro and HP Elite x3 Verizon devices aren’t actually on sale, they are in the list. It is quite possible that they might become available for Business consumers or enterprise which is primary for Microsoft.
Microsoft dropped support for many devices when they moved Windows 10 Mobile to Anniversary and Creators Update, so expect that to keep happening.
