Lumia 620 : Nokia Announces WP8 Low End Device Early

As Nokia is still trying to rolling out their flag ship device to rest of the world ( seems like stuck by High Demand and Surprised Expectations), Nokia has rolled in a low end Windows Phone 8 device named as Lumia 620 which looks like brother to Lumia 610 except that it will not only run the latest OS but also has better specs.

The phone as expected has half of the Windows Phone 8 High end device but its double the Lumia 610 and 510 devices and supports MicroSDX upto 64Gb which gives you every reason to ditch the low end First Generation Lumia phones anytime.

The Price is approximated to $249 USD which is pretty aggressive as it comes closer to pricing of Lumia 610 and will be available in q1 of next year. Since the price is pretty less compared to HTC 8S, it should give a nice competition to other devices in same range.

However there are still some good points you need to consider :

You get most of the Nokia Exclusive Apps
You have microsdx support which means you are not limited when it comes to storage.
The display makes sure you get to see much clearer, in sunlight, when compared to other low end windows phone.
It has a Front Camera which was missing both in 510 and 610

Concluding : When its coming ?

So when will it land to any where outside US ? Even though its already set to announce in Quarter 1 2013, I really doubt this will come anywhere else as Nokia is pretty much selling Lumia 510 and 610 aggressive every where else. In my opinion, this device should launch in rest of the country around later q1 or early q2 unless Nokia Plans to surprise us.
