Lumia 640 XL Camera Demo with Rich Capture & Performance Improvements
Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL come with Lumia Camera version 5 which not only has improved with speed with which you can take picture, but also has Rich Capture aka HDR mode which ability to change the amount of Flash that should be used. This combination along with few other improvement delivers a camera experience never seen before. No more complaints that Lumia Camera are slow when it comes to taking picture. We take a deep dive in this video:
Lumia 640 XL has as ZEISS optics 13 MP Rear Auto focus camera with aperture size of f/2.0. This combination makes sure you get a lot better picture quality and low light captures. The main camera video records at 1080p (Full HD, 1920 x 1080).
How performance has improved ?
Previous version of Lumia Camera used to process the picture right after taking it, increasing the amount of time taken for the second picture. The post processing is now in background which could be easily caught by switching to preview mode where you get to see “processing” being done.

Rich Capture Mode
Call it the HDR mode on hyper drive. Not only it takes sharp pictures by capturing image in different exposure, you also have full control on the amount of flash. This can be controlled with a slider. Sadly, the only way to access this mode is going into the camera, open the picture from the preview windows and then tap on the picture to get the option.

Other Settings carried from earlier version.
