Lumia 920 & 820 availble on Flipkart now, Retail availability from tomorrow

Finally Flipkart has changed the status of Lumia 920 & 820 from Pre-Order to Buy now with the official price tag of Rs 38199 and Rs 27,559. These are the same price which was announced the Official Launch by Nokia India. Recently Flipkart revised the prices for the both the phones to official price after the announcement was made. How are retail shops doing ?

I also did a research on personal level asking couple of Nokia stores and the results were impressive. According to retailers, Nokia did a test launch in Kolkata for Lumia 920 in which 85 pcs were sold out in an hour. The same test was done in Chennai where 200 pcs were sold at the day of launch.

When I asked on how is the supply from Nokia side, they said that stocks aren’t available compared to demand which came out in test. However few of them confirmed that the stocks are arriving at their stores tomorrow in full fledge. Smaller retailers seem to be more disappointed.

Nokia Lumia WP8 Accessories are yet to hit the stores and they wont be available for at least next week. The pricings are also not clear to them yet. One of the retailers said that Nokia Charging Pad and Fatboy pillow will be sold separately even though they will offered as one unit.
