Lumia Camera is coming to all Windows Phones with Windows 10

Lumia camera is one of the best apps available for Windows Phone users and as of now this app is exclusive to Lumia Windows Phones only. Lumia suite of apps are not available to other OEMs and this could be a big issue when new phones are released by OEMs like Micromax, Lava, HTC and more. But according to Windows Central, the Lumia Camera app will be coming to all Windows Phone users with the Windows 10.

Microsoft is planning to make the app an universal one which means it will also be available on desktop.

Even though all users will be able to access and install Lumia camera with Windows 10, there are certain features in the app which are dependent on hardware. For example, the 4K recording, Live images, Rich capture and more might not be available to all devices, especially the budget ones which have low end hardware.

But overall, this is a good thing Microsoft has done to make all Windows Phone devices competitive.
