Microsoft Announces “Low Priced” Windows 10 S Devices for Starters with Microsoft 365 F1
Further pushing Windows 10 S, Microsoft today announced new “Low Priced” affordable Windows 10 S powered laptops for those who want to start with along with Microsoft 365 F1.
Those aren’t aware of Microsoft 365 (Enterprise) F 1 should know that it’s an Office 365 package which starts as low as $4 per month per user. It includes Schedule & task management, Training & onboarding, etc along with Email, Calendars, File Storage on OneDrive, Yammer and much more.
Microsoft calls them as devices for Firstline Workers which counts to two billion, and serve as the first point of contact between an organization and its customers or products. Using these devices with Microsoft 365 F1, a new plan designed to maximize the impact of the Firstline Worker. Microsoft 365 F1 also makes it easy to train and upskill employees, with Microsoft Stream to share dynamic role-based content and video, and SharePoint to easily distribute onboarding and training materials and manage institutional knowledge in one secure place.

These devices are coming from Microsoft’s OEM partners including HP, Lenovo, Acer, and Fujitsu. The pricing starts at $275 and will start selling beginning later this year. Here is the list of features Microsoft points to:
