More Information:
After digging around a bit, and also discussing with couple of friends online, Lumia 638 is nothing but the Lumia 635 AT & T US model. Also the device was announced first in China as first 4G TD-LTE model. This makes it a Nokia Phone rather than a Microsoft phone. The price is very close to Lumia 535, which doesn’t have LTE and we will have to ee how the phone performs in long term as 4G is yet to catch up in India.
